Server log files. When you visit this site, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information (IP address, user-agent, referrer, timestamp) for the purpose of operating, securing and stabilising the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest).

Waitlist form. When you submit your email address, we store it solely to contact you about early access to IVY (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent). You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us.

Email correspondence. If you contact us by email, your message and contact details are stored to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) / (f) GDPR).

4. Recipients & processors

We use carefully selected processors (e.g. hosting, email delivery, analytics) bound by data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
